Job Description
EXTENSIVE PUBLIC SECTOR PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION
Duties and Responsibilities:
Budget estimation - prepare budget estimates for plant parts across various trades (e.g. plant parts and civil works)
Bid Evaluation - evaluate bids and provide recommendations for approval by the internal committee
CPA Calculation - perform Construction Price Adjustment (CPA) calculations for plant parts
Construction Cost Management - Manage general construction costs as needed
Pre-Contract Services - Provide pre-contract services in support of Eskom's activities including detailed cost estimation and tender evaluation
Support to Contract Managers - assist with estimating, budgeting and other QS related tasks
Independent work with Site Support - work independently on-site with support from Candidate Quantity Surveyors based on-site

Relevant qualification
MUST BE REGISTERED AS A PrQS
WIN QS AND DIM X EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to R60000,00 per month
