A detailed Curriculum Vitae. Copies of your qualifications, or official proof of qualifications obtained (If you hold foreign qualifications, please include SAQA accreditation). Duties and responsibilities:



Perform professional clinical duties at the Primary Health Clinic Provide HIV counselling and treatment (must be able to initiate treatment after counselling) Perform other relevant duties as required by line manager Capture clinical notes on electronic medical system Quality Control of clinic Ordering and stock control of medication and equipment for clinic Handle emergencies on campus Assist with first aid services at sport events on campus where necessary Arrange and assist with awareness campaigns regarding health and HIV on campus Coordinate and support students involved in the Peer Education program. Conduct workshops and training sessions for Peer Educators on topics of health promotion and prevention. Develop training material in line with program outcomes. Implementation of prevention programs and initiatives. Present information sessions to the campus community. Liaise with internal and external role-players.

Inherent requirements:



Nursing diploma/degree (general, psychiatric, midwifery and community nursing)(attach a copy). Post basic diploma/degree in Primary Healthcare (attach a copy). Valid dispensing certificate (attach a copy). Completed the Nurse Initiated Management of Antiretroviral Therapy (NIMART) course (attach a copy). Knowledge of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). Proof of registration at the South African Nursing Council (SANC)(attach copy). Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in a primary health care clinic environment. A valid driver's licence (attach a copy).

Recommendations:



Own transport Dispensing licence (attach proof). Previous experience working with young adults/students
