Job Description
Our client, an established project management and construction company, is seeking a talented and creative Professional Architect to join their technical team in Polokwane. This is an immediate opportunity to take ownership of diverse architectural projects from concept through to completion, working directly with clients and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
Requirements:
Education:
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
- Current registration with the relevant professional body (SACAP)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a practicing Architect
- Proven project management experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and completed projects
- Excellent drawing and drafting capabilities
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Comprehensive knowledge of building products and construction details
- Understanding of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Familiarity with building codes and statutory compliance requirements
- Salary: negotiable.
