? Professional Degree in Architecture (MArch or equivalent).
? Professional Registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect (Pr. Arch) - essential.
? Minimum 5-8 years' post-qualification experience.
? Strong design ability, technical competency, and proficiency in modern architectural software (Revit essential).
? Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly advantageous.
? Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
