It starts with YOU.In this role, you will:Maximize converting assets performance in a safe, legal, and cost-effective manner within specification by utilizing the available resources in the Converting section.By ensuring that all machines and equipment are operated and maintained at optimum efficiencies, and to provide technical support to the Operations Team to ensure continuous and competitive operations.Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping and standard work procedures are adhered to at all time and are to world class standards and are maintainedAddress immediate operating parameters out of spec by way of practical adjustment.Optimize performance of the unwind, glue lamination / embossing, winder, log-saw, primary & secondary packaging sections.Review and inspect the operating units daily, for efficient functionality, addressing in potential risks for uninterrupted runnability.Perform analyses of auxiliary equipment, making technical and practical recommendations for optimal runnability (centerlining).Remove any performance barriers that are within the control of influence.Identify areas of development among team members, and give training and tools where needed.Present a weekly review of general performance of unwind, glue lamination/embossing, winder, log-saw, primary & secondary packaging sections, addressing any action items resulting from the review.Investigate all unplanned downtime and institute corrective actions as well as complete RCA timeously.Support the development of work instructions and procedures on the unwind, glue lamination / embossing, winder, log-saw, primary & secondary packaging sections.Review all the training documentation for the unwind, glue lamination / embossing, winder, log-saw, primary & secondary packaging sections.Ensures all trials and projects are always supported.Coordinate activities between the maintenance, operations and process teamsAbout UsHuggiesxc2xae.
