Job Description

Our client, a private label manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Team Leader to lead a dedicated team and drive operational success.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will guide a team, helping them achieve production goals and grow in their roles. Your ability to solve problems, manage pressure, and maintain a systematic approach will be key to your success.
Qualifications

• Matric (with a Bachelor pass that includes Mathematics) and a relevant post-matric qualification.
• A degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant tertiary qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience & Skills
• 3 years of operational manufacturing experience in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising / leading a team in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude, with the ability to work with and understand numbers in a practical application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in and lead a team.
