Job Description
Production Team Leader
Qualification
- National Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or BSc will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years production supervisory experience within FMCG manufacturing industry
- Malting/Brewing plant operations experience is preferred
- Supervise production team to meet daily targets
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Report on production performance
- After hours' support
