Job Overview: Our client is seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join their team on a temporary assignment basis. Production Supervisors will play a critical role in overseeing and managing production operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, quality control, and safety regulations. The successful candidate must have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in production management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise production teams to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and maintenance, to achieve production goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for production staff, provide feedback, and facilitate training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and other necessary documentation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and prevent future occurrences.
  • Implement safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among production staff.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations, and other relevant pharmaceutical industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
