Job Description
Introduction:
Promed Pharmatech is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor. oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise the production team to meet productivity and quality targets.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Report on production performance and resolution of operational issues
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field
Mandatory Experience
:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Verulam, KwaZulu-Natal 4339: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
High School (matric) (Preferred)
Experience:
Industrial/Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
