Inovision Production Supervisor - Manufacturing (Aluminium & Frameless Products)

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance within the factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the manufacturing team to ensure compliance with daily production planning. Conduct quality control (QC) checks on all completed orders. Ensure adequate stock levels in alignment with job planning and completion. Maintain proper control over Work In Progress (WIP) materials. Address and resolve manufacturing queries. Perform regular aluminium stock checks and monitor stock variances. Oversee and execute scheduled maintenance on machinery. Conduct monthly tool audits and maintain digital tool control. Collaborate with the Technical Department on production requirements. Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards. Sign off timesheets and job cards accurately. Participate in weekly pipeline meetings with the Sales Department to ensure stock availability. Lead quality and repair investigations to resolve production issues. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Approve stock/WIP orders in line with production needs. Ensure accurate use of stock control sheets and store processes. Oversee general factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Requirements & Experience

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment (aluminium, frameless products, or shutters experience advantageous). Strong knowledge of production processes, stock control, and WIP management. Familiarity with frameless product and shutter manufacturing processes. Solid understanding of machinery maintenance schedules and tool audits. Ability to conduct thorough QC checks and resolve quality-related issues. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and guide teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Computer literate with experience in digital stock and tool control systems. Commitment to Health & Safety compliance in a production environment.
