Production Supervisor
to join our team.
As a Production Supervisor, you will need to oversee daily food manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers to meet daily production targets.?
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.?
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or workflows as needed to maximize efficiency.?
Conduct routine quality checks and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address deviations or non-conformities.?
Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.?
Maintain accurate production records, batch sheets, and reports.?
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and functioning correctly.?
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).?
Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and ensure regulatory compliance.?
Communicate effectively with other departments (procurement, maintenance, logistics, QA) to ensure smooth operations.?

Minimum Required Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.?
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.?
