Step into a key leadership role within a dynamic manufacturing team known for its focus on innovation, food safety, and operational excellence. As the Production Manager, youll be responsible for the full scope of plant operationsoverseeing production schedules, supervising teams, managing raw materials, and working closely with maintenance to minimise downtime. Youll also play an active role in identifying process improvements, implementing lean practices, and ensuring full compliance with FSSC 22000 and ISO standards. Your ability to lead from the front, troubleshoot on the go, and maintain a high-performance culture will be essential to your success in this position.
Education:
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in production operations (food manufacturing essential)
- Solid knowledge of TPM and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience leading production teams and coordinating daily plant activities
- Skilled in managing production schedules, raw material stock, and efficiency targets
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
- Ability to drive results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
