Job Description

An established FMCG detergent manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for production excellence. A background in chemistry or chemical manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities across mixing, filling, packaging, and assembly lines. Plan and allocate daily tasks to meet production targets and delivery deadlines. Monitor processes and equipment for optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. Train, mentor, and supervise production teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions. Enforce safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams. Maintain accurate production documentation and report on KPIs.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or equivalent. Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety. Minimum 3years' experience in production supervision, preferably in an FMCG or chemical manufacturing environment. Background in basic chemistry is a strong advantage. Proficiency in SAGE (Manufacturing Modules) and Microsoft Office especially excel. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GMPs, General Machinery Regulations, Environmental, health & safety regulations. Forklift license and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills are advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
