Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Matric
1-2 years of experience in a commercial production
Prior experience as a Production Supervisor.
Ability to manage Production operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of fruit & Vegetable preparation standards, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods.
