Production - Shift Supervisor
FMCG, Manufacturing OR Paper & Pulp Industry * National Diploma OR NQF Level 6:
A A Mechanical/Elect Engineering
A A Operations Management OR Production
A A Management
A A Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Manufacturing/FMCG or
- Computer Literate
- Oversee Production Processes and ensure adherence to Quality Standards
- Supervise a team of Production workers and provide guidance and support
- Monitor Production output and address any issues that may impact efficiency
- Collaborate with other Departments to optimize Production schedules
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the Production area
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
