Production Shift Manager (plant Bakery)

Job Description

Responsible to manage Production Plant within the operations in order to achieve the operational objectives of the budgeted quantities, qualities and cost effectiveness in a safe manner.

Responsible to manufacture bread and bakery related items to the right specifications and quality - on time and in full, also ensuring a high-performance culture.

Ability to work unusual working hours (shifts, after hours, weekends and public holidays)
*Minimum of 5 years FMCG, Plant Bakery Production Management Experience desired with a (Plant size of minimum 5000 loaves per hour)

Required to travel to work on short notice at any time.
Own reliable transport would required.

Management and leadership principles and practices including IR Related matters
Function of raw materials and quality,

especially flour

HACCP Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety Deciding and initiating action, planning and organizing within a pressurized environment.
Working with people, presenting and communicating information as well as networking. Adhere to principles and values.
Analyzing, relating interpretation and presenting of analysis. Coping with pressures and setbacks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8000,00 - R15000,00 per month
