Responsible to manage Production Plant within the operations in order to achieve the operational objectives of the budgeted quantities, qualities and cost effectiveness in a safe manner.
Responsible to manufacture bread and bakery related items to the right specifications and quality - on time and in full, also ensuring a high-performance culture.
Ability to work unusual working hours (shifts, after hours, weekends and public holidays)
*Minimum of 5 years FMCG, Plant Bakery Production Management Experience desired with a (Plant size of minimum 5000 loaves per hour)
Required to travel to work on short notice at any time.
Own reliable transport would required.
