Job Description

Mammoth Technologies is looking for a Quality Control Officer to assist with the Quality in our Witbank Workshop.

Requirements:

Grade 12*
ISO 9001:2015 Internal and Supplier Auditing Course (SAATCA Registered Course)*

Experience:

Minimum 5 Years' experience.

Knowledge:

Manufacturing and Quality background.*
ISO9001:2015 experience and knowledge. (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 experience and knowledge an advantage)

Skills & Abilities:

Microsoft Office*
Typing Skills (50wpm)*
Internal and Supplier Auditing skill.*

KPI's:

Production Administration:

Processing Job Cards and Production QC Packs. Assisting Draughting Department with aministration. Taking of meeting minutes and maintaining production KPI's

Job Card Processing:

Identifying Job Inaccuracies, investigation and taking corrective action prior to closing of Job Cards. Closing of Job Cards.

Internal Auditing:

Auditing of Mammoth Management System Processes for identification of non compliance and improvement opportunities. Audit report writing.

Processing of Non-Conformances (NCR's):

Processing Non-Conformance Reports and updating of NCR Register. Processing of NCR Costing and KPI maintenance. Assist with investigation of Internal Non-Conformances Identifying the most appropriate corrective action.

QC Administration:

Assist Quality Control Officer with QC related administration and updating of Quality KPI's.

Review and Updating of Processes:

Assist with the review, processing changes and updating of Management System Processes.

Change Management:

Ensure that Change Management is fully complied within Production, Draughting and QC.

Comply With Company Policies & Procedures:

Comply with the Safety Management System Requirements Comply with the Human Resources System Requirements (Time Management) Comply with the Quality Management System requirements
