Job Description
Required Minimum Qualification:
- NDip Electronic Engineering
- BTech/BEng Electronic Engineering
- 3-5 Years
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Good administration skills and discipline
- Strong personality, not easily intimidated or manipulated
- Good problem-solving skills
- Previous track record in managing production functions
- Strong negotiating skills
- Willingness to work long hours
The Production Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the PCB manufacturing process and related requirements. They will ensure that all manufacturing data is processed using available software tools and provide valuable feedback to improve and optimize the manufacturing process.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process manufacturing data and generate production-ready files.
- Compile technical reports on PCB designs and manufacturability.
- Determine optimized production processes for manufacturing orders.
- Provide technical feedback to management and clients.
- Develop systems for data handling and configuration control.
