Production Planner
Location: Northern Suburbs
Department: Production Planning
Reports To: Director of Manufacturing / Manufacturing Executive

What Youll Be Responsible For
Planning & Coordination
- Ensure materials are ready to meet production needs.
- Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to review requirements.
- Generate and distribute work orders and production schedules.
- Adjust schedules proactively based on operational changes.
- Align production timelines with forecasts and strategic goals.
- Accurately capture production data.
- Track and report on delays, changes, or cost shifts.
- Handle various administrative duties as needed.
- Minimum 2 years in a production planning role.
- Solid grasp of production workflows and quality principles.
- Proven experience using JDE (scheduler, work order reconciliation, MRP I & II).
- Sharp attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Service-oriented with a can-do attitude.
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
