Take Charge in a High-Volume Manufacturing Environment
Are you a seasoned production planner with a passion for efficiency and precision? We're hiring on behalf of a leading industrial manufacturer operating at scale--with two warehouses, over 100 raw materials, 1,500 product lines, and 40 machines in operation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules across two warehouses and 40 machines.

• Coordinate resources and monitor production workflows to meet output targets.

• Optimise processes for efficiency and quality across 1,500+ products.

• Capture and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for a wide range of products.

• Implement and manage robust inventory control systems.

• Track and report on stock levels, material movements, and inventory trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning and operational goals.

• Generate insightful production and inventory reports for senior management.

• Contribute to consistent product quality and operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in production planning and stock management within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in Sage and advanced Excel, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Proven experience handling complex inventories (100+ raw materials, 1,500 SKUs).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive mindset, with confidence in voicing ideas and improving processes.
