Requirements:

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate production workflow.
Train staff accordingly.
Schedule production and labour according to production demand.
Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed.
Monitor production costs, maintain workflow, and ensure the smooth running thereof.
Ensure the final product is according to statutory / regulatory / requirements.
Collaborate with the other members of the team for feedback postproduction.
Keep yourself updated product knowledge and consumer demands
Compiling, checking, sorting, and analysing production data.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Collaborate with quality control.
Collect and assesses data about the production and team's performance.
Prepare reports about production processes for upper management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
