Summary
One of our clients in the Citrus industry is looking for a seasoned Production Manager to join their dynamic team.
Description
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing all production-related farm activities on the allocated production area.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture (Citrus)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' proven experience in the cultivation of citrus
- Good knowledge of the establishment, care and production of citrus
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work confidently in a group
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Computer literate
- Driver's license
