A manufacturing industry market leader, known for delivering top-quality products and services, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to fill a senior role at a facility in the Western Cape.

As the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day production operations to achieve both quality and production targets. Your strong people management skills will be essential for leading and motivating the production teams, including the implementation of disciplinary procedures when needed. Focus on implementing and maintaining efficient production processes, always with an eye on continuous improvement. To qualify to apply for this role, you should have a relevant production / operations management / engineering degree or diploma qualification. Wexe2x80x99ll need a Production Manager with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years at a management level. You should be technically savvy, have a good track record of meeting production targets.
