Job Description
Oversee daily production operations and staff performance
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Manage inventory, raw material planning, and production schedules
Monitor product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams

Drive efficiency and reduce waste across theproduction line

Minimum Requirements :
Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Production Management, or related field
3-5 years' experience in meat processing or biltong production
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000)
Proficient in Syspro, Excel, and production planning tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
