Job Description
Job Summary xe2x80xa2 National Diploma in Engineering/Operations or equivalent is the minimum requirement. xe2x80xa2 Preferably holds a BSc Degree or B-tech, providing a distinct advantage. xe2x80xa2 Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment; knowledge in metals melting or casting is advantageous. xe2x80xa2 Six Sigma training and certification are mandatory. xe2x80xa2 Possesses a well-developed structured problem-solving approach. xe2x80xa2 Proficient in value stream mapping and waste elimination techniques. xe2x80xa2 In-depth understanding of Integrated Manufacturing Approach and Visual Management. xe2x80xa2 Hands-on experience in 5S and Asset Care Management, including autonomous maintenance. xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with process control, quality control systems, and managing improvement projects is a plus. xe2x80xa2 Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Exhibits a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. xe2x80xa2 Proven and highly proficient in Microsoft applications. xe2x80xa2 Capable of working under pressure without supervision. xe2x80xa2 Willingness to work after hours as needed and be on standby. xe2x80xa2 Strong interpersonal skills. xe2x80xa2 Possesses effective Industrial Relations skills.
