Job Summary
Manage the production workshop and In-house manufacturing (fabrication) workshop
Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of all projects
Manage and monitor production budgets, ensuring costs are kept within established limits
Oversee and coordinate all production activities, including hiring and supervising staff, arranging equipment, and securing locations
Ensure that all productions meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
Extensive experience in managing artisans
Collaborate with the director and other team members to develop creative concepts and execute them effectively
Provide guidance and support to production teams, helping them solve problems and overcome challenges as they arise
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, regularly evaluating and implementing new techniques to improve production processes
Maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment (fabrication)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Qualification:
BSc/ BEng/ BTech Industrial Engineering
