To lead and manage production operations within the DC, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with health and safety standards. You'll champion Lean principles, build strong teams, and create a culture where continuous improvement is simply how we work.



Qualifications: What You'll Bring



A Diploma/Degree in Production/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or similar.



5-7 years' experience in a production or warehouse environment, with proven leadership capability.



Solid working knowledge of:



Lean principles and continuous improvement

People leadership and team development

Budget management and cost optimisation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities: What You'll Do



Drive Operational Excellence



Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and optimal workflow.



Deliver against departmental KPIs while keeping a close eye on cost control.



Embed Lean/Kaizen methodologies into day-to-day routines.



Elevate Processes



Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs.



Use data and insights to reduce downtime and boost throughput.



Lead operational excellence initiatives across the DC.



Lead & Grow People



Coach and mentor supervisors and emerging talent.



Build strong succession pipelines and high-performing teams.



Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and development.



Champion Safety



Ensure strict compliance with the OSH Act and internal safety standards.



Maintain excellent housekeeping and foster a zero-harm culture.



Proactively manage and reduce safety risks.
