Your Role: As a Production Manager, you'll lead the operational team, driving targeted returns on investment and ensuring the development and manufacturing of products and solutions meet customer needs and expectations. You'll manage people and processes to achieve KPIs, making critical decisions within your functional areas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee pump assembly and control.
• Ensure safety and ISO Quality Management.
• Manage repairs, logistics, and maintenance.
• Create a productive, safe environment for workers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, service providers, and customers.
• Maintain close communication with internal departments.
• Support sales management with timely deliveries.
• Update internal operating systems.
• Implement and support skills development initiatives.
• Explore new manufacturing methods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Administration and report writing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with sales targets.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Effective people management and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Qualified Artisan or related business/operations Management qualification.
• 5-10 years of experience as a production foreman (relevant industry experience preferred).
• Operations experience in Mining or Engineering Industry.
