Motus Autoworx, a dynamic leader in the vehicle repair industry is looking, is inviting applications from honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible candidates with relevant experience to apply for the position of a Production Manager at our East London branch.

Position Overview:

The purpose of the position is to assist the Regional Manager with operation, administration, compliance and the performance management of administrative support staff.

Minimum Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in running a Panel Shop

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12

Minimum Requirements:

Knowledge of TMS/Audatex - advantageous Computer literate Familiarity with Autobody repair administrative requirements Background in compliance and/or health and safety in an autobody environment - advantageous Valid unendorsed code 08 driver's license

Job Outputs:

Managing the achievement of ETA date Maintaining focus on moving vehicles timeously Planning of job through the system - updating dates on TMS Check accuracy on work carried out as per job card Ensuring all new parts are fitted correctly to vehicles Checking quality in all departments throughout the repair process Ensuring cleanliness within the workshop is always maintained Adhering to all health and safety requirements (OHSACT) Overseeing the overall production operations Establishing which jobs should be outsourced vs internal repairs Follow up with outstanding parts Follow up with outsourced partners for latest ETA Communicate all reworks with Manager Follow up with repairs and maintenance. Ensuring pressure tests are completed and recorded on TMS
