Job Summary xe2x80xa2 Grade 12 National Matric certificate xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or related tertiary qualification for the role. xe2x80xa2 5 to 8 years in coal mining environment and coal plant processing with at least over 4 years in management level. xe2x80xa2 Mine manager's certificate of competency xe2x80xa2 Management and leadership training. xe2x80xa2 Driver's license xe2x80xa2 Excellent business acumen xe2x80xa2 Demonstrate ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation. xe2x80xa2 Demonstrate an ability to plan, organize and lead. xe2x80xa2 Think analytically, systematically, and laterally. xe2x80xa2 Computer literate and excellent communicator. xe2x80xa2 Medically fit (Red ticket).
