The role will report into the Operations Manager xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 Concentrates.

Knowledge and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a recognized tertiary qualification in production management or similar.
Have a minimum of 5 years relevant management experience in a FMCG production environment.
Be objective driven with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Have a proactive approach to risk management with strong problems solving skills.
Be able to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational objectives.
Previous dairy manufacturing experience preferable.

Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will lead a Production Unit.
Key performance areas will include overall leadership of teams across the department and human capital development.
Achievement of operational production targets, quality standards and annual budget objectives.
The maintenance and implementation of world class manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensuring compliance to health and safety and other organizational standards.
