Our client, a leading FMCG/Agri company in the Western Cape, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Production Manager.In this position, youxe2x80x99ll be directly responsible for the effective operational management and co-ordination of world-class packing principles, compliance with quality requirements, staff motivation, cost-effective flow of products (pome and stone fruit), warehouse operating budgets, and optimisation of productivity and packing quality. We need someone with excellent management experience in planning, co-ordination, and control, as well as people skills. The ability to inspire staff to work together as teams to achieve goals is vital! A relevant Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree qualification and at least 10 years of experience in the management of fruit packhouses is required. A formal additional management qualification will strengthen your application.
