Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client is a great mining company in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga and is seeking the expertise of a Production Manager (2.6.1) to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Participating in formulation of functional plan and engaging with Production Superintendent to ensure proper execution of plan and monitoring of targets
- Providing input to ensure capability and proper allocation, deployment and optimisation of people and other resources
- Identification of hazards and risks and ensuring proper controls are put in place to ensure the mitigation of these risks
- Ensuring the understanding of processes by teams in area of responsibility
- Grade 12
- Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering
- Opencast Blasting Certificate
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- 8 - 10 Years experience in a opencast mining environment
- Minimum 2 years in a Production Superintendent
- Salary: R1.7Mil/yr - R1.9Mil/yr, salary negotiable
- Salary: negotiable.
