? Proven experience in a production leadership role within events, theatre, arts, or cultural industries
? Strong knowledge of live production workflows and technical coordination
? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Strong budgeting and organisational skills
? Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
