A well-established organisation within the creative and cultural sector is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end production operations across live events, performances, and cultural projects.

Proven experience in a production leadership role within events, theatre, arts, or cultural industries
Strong knowledge of live production workflows and technical coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong budgeting and organisational skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
