This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for overseeing the full production lifecycle of creative content. As Production Controller, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating print and digital production processes, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple formats and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate production workflows across print, web, newsletters, and mobile formatsManage timelines and liaise with editorial, sales, clients, and printersChase and manage client-supplied content, including copy and advertising assetsCreate and pre-flight PDFs for final print and digital deliveryApprove content through online printer systems and ensure all specifications are metContribute to layout and design tasks, including adverts, HTML mailers, and digital contentOversee production elements of national press bookings across major media titlesAssist with the creation of media packs, marketing collateral, and new project launchesAbout You2+ years experience in a similar production or editorial roleStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) on Mac OSComfortable working under pressure in a small but fast-paced teamBasic understanding of HTML and CSS; familiarity with WordPress is an advantageBonus points for experience with: Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Asana, After Effects, XMF, or digital magazine platformsExcellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to deadlinesPositive attitude, team player, and proactive problem-solver
