Fedics is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Production Chef to join our Healthcare Catering Team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals that meet strict healthcare standards, therapeutic diet requirements, and patient expectations. The Production Chef will work in a high-compliance environment, ensuring that all food safety, hygiene, and clinical dietary guidelines are followed with absolute accuracy. You will manage bulk meal production, oversee diet-specific preparation, maintain portion control and consistency, and ensure efficient workflow within the kitchen. The ideal candidate is hands-on, disciplined, organised, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centred approach to meal service.
