Job Title: Production Assembly Operators (Temporary)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assemble vehicle parts and components according to work instructions, process sheets, and SOPs

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively

Perform visual and functional quality checks on assembled components

Identify and report any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Meet daily production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem-solving

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Matric/ Grade 12 qualification

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

Automotive industry experience is essential

COMPETENCIES:

Ability to follow instructions and work to specifications

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

Basic understanding of safety and quality standards

Ability to work in a team and under pressure
