About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our creative team. This role is integral to ensuring our educational materials meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and aesthetic appeal. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit digital assets for educational materials, including textbooks, workbooks, and online resources.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain a cohesive and engaging aesthetic tailored to the classroom and education environment. This includes the use of primary colors, engaging fonts, and a lively, elementary classroom aesthetic.
• Ensure that all digital assets and layouts are error-free, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage and organize a high volume of digital, data-driven files, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of production.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software updates to continuously improve your skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a fundamental requirement for this role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create educational materials with a primary color palette, engaging fonts, and an elementary classroom aesthetic.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to produce error-free design materials.
• Previous experience in an educational publishing or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
