Reporting: Gifting Production Supervisor
Location: Westlake Business Park, Tokai

Purpose of the Job:
To provide essential administrative support to the production team and assist with general administrative functions within the Gifting site.
Requirements:

• Matric (High School Diploma or equivalent)
• Administrative based qualification (highly advantageous)
• Good understanding of Syspro and its functions
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent administrative and processing skills
• General understanding of production processes
• Strong analytical and investigative skills

Job Objectives:

• Capture production records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receipt daily production on SYSPRO.
• Process receipts for all grocery items.
• Handle warehouse transfers efficiently.
• Maintain SYSPRO data to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Complete jobs following the required processes.
• Assist with month-end billing processes, including capturing GRNs.
• Support line leaders with job-related queries.
• Assist with stock-taking when required.
• Processing of non-stock and stock GRNs.
• Record outgoing orders in the dispatch register.
• Print and distribute work orders as required.
• Request invoicing for local and international dispatches when necessary.
• Arrange transportation for local orders as needed.
• Manage and maintain an overview of the Gifting dispatch Chep account. (that includes the ordering of pallets required for dispatch in the absence of the Production Supervisor)
