We're looking for a

Product Tester

with a strong background in

inventory management

and

finance

to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that Meshed 360 delivers accurate, intuitive, and reliable functionality for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Test new and existing features in Meshed 360, focusing on

inventory workflows

(stock movement, assemblies, landed costs, batch/expiry tracking, POS, etc.) and

financial processes

(COGS, margin calculations, invoicing, reporting). Create and execute test cases to validate system functionality against specifications. Identify, log, and track bugs or discrepancies in Jira (or equivalent). Work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes. Provide feedback on

UX and workflow efficiency

, particularly around inventory and finance functions. Simulate

real-world business use cases

to ensure features perform correctly across multiple scenarios. Assist in creating

test documentation

and process checklists for consistent QA practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing framework and overall product quality.

Requirements:

Experience in inventory management

- understanding of stock control, assemblies, landed costs, POS, and supply chain workflows.

Finance/accounting knowledge

- strong grasp of COGS, margins, invoicing, reconciliations, and integration with accounting systems (Xero preferred). Previous experience in a

QA / Tester / System Superuser

role within an ERP, accounting, or inventory system environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to document test scenarios clearly and communicate findings effectively. Attention to detail and a "systems thinker" mindset.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with

Xero

or similar cloud-based accounting platforms. Exposure to other ERP/Inventory systems (Cin7, Unleashed, Dear Systems, etc.). Basic understanding of APIs and integrations. Experience with writing Test Cases
