We're Hiring: Product Specialist - KwaZulu-NatalReports to: National Sales ManagerLocation: KZNApply to: response@mvgrecruitment.co.za,REF: PS/KZNAre you an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional with a passion for the hospital and specialist sector?We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our client's team and drive the promotion of products within the anaesthetic therapeutic area across the KwaZulu-Natal region.Key Responsibilities:

• Promote products to targeted specialists and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital staff, pharmacists, and nurses.
• Implement strategic plans to grow market share and increase product uptake.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
• Conduct regular customer targeting and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
• Plan and manage territory for maximum impact.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends.
• Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities.
• Arrange CME events, congresses, and other engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:

• Science degree or diploma.
• 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the hospital/specialist pharmaceutical sector, with a strong focus on anesthetics.
• In-depth knowledge of anesthetic products and their application in clinical environments.
• Established relationships with KOLs in the KwaZulu-Natal region.
