Develop & grow the sales & market share of BMGs product offering covering industrial hoses by engaging with the BMG branch network & customers. Offer product training to staff & customers, technical advice on new & existing installations, monitor the industrial hose market, perform competitor analysis & identify new market & product opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for building & maintaining positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Research & stay informed about industry trends, market developments & competitor offerings to identify opportunities & threats
Provide sales support & technical assistance to the sales team, including product training, technical presentations & assistance with customer enquiries
Maintain a regular calling schedule with BMG branch representatives to customers
Serve as the subject matter expert regarding the respective subject matter
Monitor product performance, sale trends & customer feedback to assess product viability& make recommendations for product improvements or enhancements
Assisting branches & customers when required
Develop & maintain relationships with existing suppliers
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Any qualification relevant to Industrial Hose products
Strong technical knowledge of industrial hose products & applications
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly & persuasively
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market data, sales trends & customer feedback to inform decision making
Results orientated with a track record of driving sales growth & achieving targets
