A leading pharmaceutical company has a vacancy for a Product Specialist - Hemodialysis to detail products and educate end users in Western Cape.
Key Job Outputs:

• To meet sales budgets, implement market strategies and grow existing business
• To analyse customer base and identify key influential customers
• To handle and overcome product related objections
• To manage customer satisfaction and expectations
• Identify and analyse competitor information; analyse and identify gaps in the market
• Compile and disseminate territory reports with action plans on identified short comings
• Help give practitioner training within their therapeutic areas
• Communicate product specific information and ensure monthly budget is exceeded
• Submit variance reports with expenses
• Conduct In Service Training (IST'S) in hospitals dialysis units
• Arrange CME meetings for the HCP
• Submit monthly activity report with following information:

• Days in the field
• Specific to needs of individual customers
• Competitors information and activities
• Strategy feedback
• Training need identified

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma in General/ Renal Nursing / Renal Technology Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Nephrology experience
• Minimum 3-year experience in specialized Renal Nephrology / Renal Technical Equipment
• Driver's licence
• Computer Literacy i.e. MS word, excel, pp, etc
• Sales experience (required)
• ICU and acute dialysis experience - recommended
