PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
This role sits at the intersection of product, applications engineering, and commercial execution. The primary objective is to develop, own, and continuously refine a comprehensive valve product programme for company across defined market segments. The incumbent serves as the technical authority and "go-to" applications engineer, ensuring that sales teams, customers, and supply chain all work from a clear, technically sound, and commercially effective portfolio. The role ensures company valves are specified correctly for the duty while aligning technical literature and supply chain realities.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering or technical qualification (Mechanical or related discipline preferred).
• Strong practical experience with valves in water and/or industrial environments.
• Experience in Product Management, Applications Engineering, or Technical Sales Support.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven ability to translate technical detail into practical commercial tools and sales arguments.
• Extensive knowledge of valve types, configurations, operating parameters, and industry standards.
• Experience in aligning product portfolios with supply chain and manufacturing realities.
• Ability to develop and curate technical datasheets, application notes, and selection guides.
• Experience in conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
