Job Summary We are looking for a Digital product owner who will be responsible for maximising the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs through building and managing key relationships, synthesizing information from multiple sources, maintaining business alignment and communicating effectively with various stakeholders with a bias towards delivering and learning quickly.



In this role you be accountable for;

Managing the team backlog:

• Owning the product roadmap.
• Developing scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team

Supporting the team in delivering value:

• Working with the team to agree on accepted story completion. This includes validating that the story meets acceptance criteria, that it has the appropriate, persistent acceptance tests, and that it otherwise complies with its Definition of Done (DoD). In so doing, the PO assures that quality is built
• Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
• Developing appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams

Getting and applying feedback:

• Understanding the flow metrics of delivery and use those insights to improve delivery of the team

Stakeholder Management:

• Building relationships with the tech teams and squads for effective delivery

Please send in your CV if you have a B degree, over 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the financial industry as well as 5 years experience in an Agile environment

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
