Product Owner (product Guru)
Job Description
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product goals, prioritize backlogs, and ensure solutions are aligned with financial and business objectives. A background in finance, accounting, or banking is essential, along with proven experience in product ownership or business analysis within the financial domain.
Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience (5+ years) in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve their full potential
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address project risks and issues in a proactive and timely manner
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and prioritizing based on value and risk
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
