Product Owner
Job Description
Our clients are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Product Owner to join the Head of Business Applications leadership team. This role is central to the successful delivery of a multi-year, cost-intensive ERP transformation project, which involves the phased implementation of a newly built ERP system while decoupling an existing legacy platform.
Key Requirements
xc2xb7 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
xc2xb7 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role.
xc2xb7 Proven success in large-scale ERP or enterprise system implementations.
xc2xb7 Strong technical background with a solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and data migration challenges.
xc2xb7 Deep experience working in cross-functional leadership teams with exposure to SDLC, testing, project and change management.
xc2xb7 Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at board level.
xc2xb7 Experience in managing products within high-stakes, time-sensitive environments.
