Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Scientific, or a related field
Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar) managing software products and cross-functional teams
Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira and Confluence)
Extensive experience with SaaS, e-commerce platforms, and/or mobile apps
Requirements:
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency with data analytics tools to inform product decisions
Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business value
Ability to balance technical feasibility with clinical and client usability
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and healthcare market needs
Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring maximum value delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, development, science, and clinical teams to ensure alignment
Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that enhance user journeys
Champion Agile best practices, leading sprint planning, reviews, and removing impediments
Oversee UAT and ensure that features meet client requirements
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users to drive adoption
