Job Description
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Scientific, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar) managing software products and cross-functional teams
- Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Extensive experience with SaaS, e-commerce platforms, and/or mobile apps
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with data analytics tools to inform product decisions
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business value
- Ability to balance technical feasibility with clinical and client usability
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and healthcare market needs
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring maximum value delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, development, science, and clinical teams to ensure alignment
- Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that enhance user journeys
- Champion Agile best practices, leading sprint planning, reviews, and removing impediments
- Oversee UAT and ensure that features meet client requirements
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users to drive adoption
