The Product Marketing team sits at the heart of Luno's product ecosystem, bridging the gap between innovation and customer understanding. We work closely with Product and various stakeholders to define how each new product, feature, or improvement is brought to life in the market. Our mission is to make crypto accessible, trusted, and easy to understand by crafting clear go-to-market strategies and narratives that connect with customers across regions and experience levels. From shaping messaging and positioning to guiding launches and collecting insights, we ensure every Luno product story is grounded in customer value, data, and impact.
The role in a nutshell:
The Product Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and visibility across Luno's product portfolio.
You will work closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to define and deliver go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, helping position Luno as the trusted, end-to-end platform for accessing and investing in digital assets.
An essential part of the role is gaining deep knowledge of Luno's product portfolio, including features such as staking, tokenised assets, bundles, and payments. You will translate this knowledge into clear and compelling narratives that resonate with a variety of audiences, including first-time investors, advanced traders, and institutional clients. The Specialist acts as a central connector between Product and Marketing, ensuring alignment on strategy, messaging, and insights that drive adoption and sustained engagement.
